At FUTTEC, we strive to actively participate in shaping the direction of the entire road infrastructure sector. This is why we have joined several reputed professional associations and international platforms: the European Asphalt Pavement Association (EAPA), the Road Construction Association (Sdružení pro výstavbu silnic – SVS) and the InfraSweden innovation platform. This step allows us to share our experience, contribute to raising the professional level of the sector, and at the same time monitor the latest trends and technological developments in an international context.

The European Asphalt Pavement Association (EAPA), founded in 1973, represents the European asphalt industry and covers more than 90% of the European road network. It has long promoted asphalt as a key material for sustainable, efficient and safe road construction and maintenance. As its associate member, we have access to an extensive professional network, up-to-date information on European legislation, best practice and expected trends in the further development of transport infrastructure.

The Road Construction Association (Sdružení pro výstavbu silnic – SVS), founded in 1981, is the Czech representative of EAPA. It brings together dozens of important organizations across the entire industry – from the construction and reconstruction of highways and roads, through design to the development of materials, technologies and professional consulting. It focuses on representing the interests of its members, commenting on legislation and technical standards, supporting education and developing innovations through expert working teams.

The InfraSweden innovation platform, launched in 2015, is one of 17 Swedish strategic programs: its goal is to support sustainable transport infrastructure and achieve climate neutrality by 2045 through smart and long-term functional solutions. It connects industry, the public sector and academic sphere and focuses on developing innovations in areas such as climate resilience, digitalization, new materials, productivity and infrastructure maintenance. For us, it represents a valuable source of inspiration, international contacts and strategic insights that help us keep up with the rapid technological development in road construction and maintenance.

By joining these organizations, we strengthen our role as an active and responsible partner who wants to contribute to a high-quality, modern and sustainable road infrastructure in the long term perspective – in the Czech Republic as well as abroad.
