Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is FUTTEC a.s., Company ID No. 27956857, registered office at V parku 2308/8, 148 00 Prague 4 – Chodov, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file No. B 12324 (“FUTTEC” or “we”). For any matter concerning personal data protection, contact us at [gdpr@futtec.cz] or in writing at our registered office. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Personal Data Processing.
2. What we process, why and for how long
Through this website we obtain data from you in three situations:

We obtain data directly from you; for business contacts also from public registers and publicly available sources. Data relating to the performance of contracts, accounting and the protection of our legal claims is not obtained through this website – you receive information about that processing directly in the course of contract negotiations. After the periods stated above we erase or anonymise the data.
3. Who we share data with
We do not publish or sell your data. We share it only to the extent necessary with our processors, who under a data processing agreement provide us with hosting and IT services, website administration, e-mail distribution, customer relationship management and accounting; with providers of analytics and advertising tools where you have given your consent (see the Cookie Policy for details); with companies within the FUTTEC group for internal administrative and business purposes; with our legal, tax and audit advisers, who are bound by professional confidentiality; and with public authorities where required by law. We will provide a current list of our processors on request.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In such cases we transfer data only where the recipient is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. We will provide a copy of the safeguards used on request.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data and to obtain a copy of it, the right to rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data, the right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR, the right to portability of data we process on the basis of consent or a contract, the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent at any time and without giving reasons; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we will stop contacting you for that purpose immediately and without further assessment. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.
You may exercise these rights at [gdpr@futtec.cz] or in writing at our registered office. We will respond without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receiving your request; where the request is complex we may extend that period by two months and will inform you within the first month. Exercising your rights is free of charge. To avoid disclosing data to the wrong person we may ask you to verify your identity by proportionate means; we do not require a copy of your identity document. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.gov.cz.
6. Cookies and security
he rules on cookies and similar technologies are set out in a separate Cookie Policy; you can change your settings at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. We protect data by technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the processing and the level of risk – in particular access control, two-factor authentication, device and transmission encryption and regular backups. Our suppliers are bound by data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy where our processing or the applicable law changes. The current version is always available on this page and the effective date is stated at the top. We will inform you of any material changes.
