1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device on your next visit, remember your choices and measure how the website is used. Alongside cookies, similar technologies are used – for example pixels, browser local storage or device identifiers. This policy applies to all such technologies.
2. Who is responsible
The controller of personal data obtained from cookies is FUTTEC a.s., Company ID No. 27956857, registered office at V parku 2308/8, 148 00 Prague 4 – Chodov, Czech Republic. Contact for data protection matters: [gdpr@futtec.cz]. For some marketing tools we act as joint controllers together with the provider of the tool; details are given in the table in Article 5.
3. When we need your consent
Necessary cookies are stored without your consent. They are technically required for the website to function – they remember your choice in the cookie banner, ensure security and correct display. The website cannot operate without them and they therefore cannot be refused.
All other cookies – analytics, marketing and preference cookies – are stored only after you have given consent. Until consent is given, the relevant scripts are not executed on this website. The legal basis is Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Consent is voluntary. If you refuse, the website remains fully functional; we will simply be unable to measure traffic or tailor advertising to you.

7. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers of analytics and marketing tools may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Such transfers take place on the basis of the recipient’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Details for individual tools are given in the table in Article 5 and in the relevant provider’s privacy policy.
8. How long consent lasts and how to change it
Your consent is valid for 12 months from the date it is given. After that period we will ask you again. If you refuse consent, we will not ask you again for at least 6 months, unless the circumstances of the processing change.
You may change or withdraw your consent at any time – as easily as you gave it – using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of this website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
You can also delete stored cookies or block them in your browser settings. The procedure differs between browsers and is described in their help pages. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the website may not work correctly.
