The integration is based on the experience of our crews and our customers' crews from real operations. It makes repairs faster and more efficient, improves the crew's working conditions, and reduces noise, emissions and heat.
2 microwave furnaces
- They speed up work and shorten repair time, thus reducing traffic restriction times.
Built-in generator
- Optimised for reduced noise and vibrations.
- Cooling and service are also improved.
- The generator meets the EURO 5 emission standard.
Water distribution
- The vehicle contains a tank with 150 l of water, a pump, piping and a hose reel.
Vehicle equipment
- The placement of each component in the set is fully consistent with the work process.
- The tool carrier also serves as a lighting rig and electrical distribution board.
Plate compactor
- A special Futtec plate compactor was developed for effective compaction of repaired potholes.
Preparation for the next shift
- The repair mixture is loaded by forklift through the vehicle’s side door.
- This speeds up preparation of the vehicle for the next shift and eliminates laborious manual work.
Switchboard grounding
- There are grounding boxes on each side of the vehicle.
Service and fault diagnostics
- Online diagnostics to minimise downtime.

Our microwave technology allows pothole repairs on roads even in frost: an example is the I/35 road near Hřebeč in the Pardubice region
The new year brought with it harsh winter conditions that we have not experienced in the Czech Republic for a long time: a lot of snow, temperatures well below freezing and icy roads. Right now, road workers have to devote maximum effort to road maintenance to ensure safe and smooth traffic. In addition to clearing snow, removing ice or sprinkling roads with inert materials, another fundamental problem is often forgotten: cracks and potholes. These are made worse by frost, and packaging plants have a winter shutdown. However, there exists durable and fast solution even in winter: FUTTEC microwave technology. Our FT-3 “microwave patcher” ensures high-quality pothole repairs even in frosts around -10 °C. An example can be the repairs on the I/35 road near Hřebeč in the Svitavy region, which we have provided recently for the ŘSD for the Pardubice region.
